We should like to be certain it is truly your wish, and not the accident of a moment. One confirmation, and our correspondence ceases — no reminder, no final word, no attempt to change your mind.
Should you ever change your mind, you will not need a form. Write to us, or simply come to us at acprivate.com — your name will be restored to the Cercle by the hand of your dedicated advisor, in a matter of hours.
The door remains open. Quietly, and without condition.
A word on your privacy.
Your consent is yours alone, and may be withdrawn at any moment (Article 7(3) GDPR) without affecting the lawfulness of the correspondence sent to you beforehand. Once confirmed, your withdrawal takes effect immediately, and in any event within 72 hours.
We will retain your email address in a closed suppression register, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the sole purpose of ensuring you are never contacted again. It is used for nothing else and shared with no one.
If you are a client of the Maison, this changes nothing in your engagement with us: communications necessary to our service continue as before (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Only our invitations and confidential addresses cease.
